Changes at work

Two week ago the Government of Kosovo established the Ministry of European Integration (MEI). Therefore the Agency for Coordination of Development and European Integration was transformed into this new ministry. I haven't worked before in any ministry therefore working there should be a good experience for me. Its' been said that the structure will remain as it was, of course, more staff is needed for the MEI to be able to undertake its full responsibilities. Last Friday our office organized the 2nd High Level Forum, which is an annual meeting that gathers main stakeholders on Donor Coordination and evaluates the work done in the previous year and decides on the priorities for the year to come. Overall the meeting went well, and that's what's important, but I was really disappointed (by my myself first and then) by the way that people in our office managed the whole process . To make the long story short our office does not have any leadership, people just succeed somehow! Anyway, aside from some small details :(, things at work are going well. Better than I thought initially. The weekend came and now is almost gone and I have done anything (apart from reading, and spending time with my nieces and nephews), specially now that the weather is so nice! Sometimes I just wanna go out and simply walk somewhere in the woods, but I never do that. Maybe I should escape from the noise in weeks to come and visit the village a bit!
